SRAP Forgivable Loans - Free Money

How would you like to get a $36,000+ check back for each GO Zone property that you own?  And this is IN ADDITION to your GO Zone tax benefits.  Sound good?

The Small Rental Assistance Program (SRAP) is administered by the Mississippi Development Authority (MDA).  Round 2 of the SRAP is now closed (closed Dec. 15, 2008) and no additional information has been announced about future rounds.

Some important points to consider if there is a next round:

• In past rounds, you could put your existing GO Zone property into the program.  This means you can buy a GO Zone property now and be in great position if there is a next round;
• The only real official source of information is directly from the MDA Website;
• Many other groups claim inside connections at the highest level of MDA and say that they “hear” Round 3 is coming.  We also have great “inside” connections, but we caution you to take claims like this with a grain of salt.

Please keep in mind that GO Zone benefits are a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for those able to qualify.  When, or if, SRAP benefits can be applied in the future then takes it off the charts.
