Compare the two methods of purchasing GO Zone properties.  While the way we operate seems “strange” to some, it results in being able to bring the absolute highest-quality GO Zone properties at the best, rock bottom prices directly to you!

Our Approach

Use large buying power to get volume discounts from builders.

Pro’s

  • Gets highest quality for best price;
  • Creates win-win for you and builder;
  • Don’t have to hunt for best deals…. they come to you; and
  • Can typically get great, locally desirable properties

Con’s

  • Short time-scales…. builders agree to do this but they need volume sales fast;
  • Buying decision can feel rushed, even though you typically have 2-3 weeks from first notice;
  • Can’t visit area “anytime” and see the properties…. carefully coordinated times; and
  • Limited inventory….. builders only have so much that they are willing to do at this price.

Normal Brokerage Approach

Broker or vendor always has properties available.

Pro’s

  • Properties available when you want;
  • Don’t feel rushed; and
  • Can visit on your schedule.

Con’s

  • Typically market or higher price…. if they have to sell slowly, then they compensate via price;
  • Difficult to create win-win for investor and builders….. typically investor gets short changed; and
  • Many builders frequently build tons of product that is for investors only…. not a good situation.

Like everything else in life, there are trade offs.  For our group, we believe that having access to excellent properties, at outstanding prices, is by far the best approach.

What To Expect?

Based on the above, our approach is very simple once we have found a great deal for you.

  1. We announce the availability and put a VERY DETAILED REPORT in your hands about 1 week before a live web event occurs;
  2. We host a live, GO Zone Web Event to give you lots of area and project specific details; and then
  3. About a week later, there is a live tour of the GO Zone area and the specific property.

This 1-2-3 punch gives you a lot of time to come up to speed an really get to know the project.

How Do We Make Money?

This is a frequent question that we get asked.  Usually, we are paid a referral fee from the builder so it costs you nothing for all of our services.  At times, we may build some of our own properties, in which case our services still cost you nothing!  This includes participating in our GO Zone tour.
